The Notorious Trias is a team of strategic, creative professionals working to empower communities. To be specific, we create brilliant, badass, and boujee marketing strategies and brand identity systems for organizations dealing with criminal justice reform, and we do a damn good job of it.
The owner and Chief Executive Badass, Melissa Katherine Trias, graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of California, Irvine, and a Masters of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Her network includes the iconic Seth Godin, Yo Santosa of Ferroconcrete in Downtown Los Angeles, and Aaron Atchison of Farm Design in Pasadena.
She’s trained under such notable brand strategists as Chris Do and Jose Caballer of The Futur and Gianluca Cinquepalmi of 1618 Studio.
She has an extensive understanding of the Asian market, having lived and worked in Shanghai, China, and Hong Kong for almost a decade.
The San Quentin Prison Marathon is one of her clients.
Her art was featured on “The Kardashians,” Season 1, Episode 6.
She is the president of The Southern California Network of Nonprofit Organizations.
Having written her final thesis on the improvement of marketing for luxury goods using video games, Ms. Trias exercises the same unexpected ingenuity in marketing campaigns by embracing novel ways to highlight “the edge” that makes us human, that makes us resilient, and that makes us notoriously remarkable people.
